Founding Partner

Founding partner of the firm. He is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad
Javeriana, specialist and master in insurance law from the same University. He has been
undergraduate and graduate professor of commercial law and insurance law at the Pontificia

Universidad Javeriana, postgraduate professor at the Externado University of Colombia and
at the University of Medellín. He was Academic Director of the Insurance Diploma Course
of the Javeriana University between 2015 and 2019.

Arbitrator of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of
Bogota and of the Arbitration Center of the Superintendency of Companies and Associate
Judge of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice for the period 2022 – 2023.
Executive Secretary of the Colombian Association of Insurance Law – Acoldese [for its
Spanish acronym], from 2016 to date. He worked at Compañía Central de Seguros S.A.,
QBE Seguros S.A. and Aon Re Colombia Reinsurance Brokers.

He is the author of the work General Regime of Civil Liability of the administrators of
companies and their insurance, and of other publications in the fields of insurance and civil
liability.
