Juan Camilo Bedoya Chavarriaga

Lawyer from the National University of Colombia with a master’s degree in law from the same university. Specialist in insurance law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Order of Academic Merit). Member of the Youth Arbitration Network of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota and several research groups in Law and Medicine in the framework of which he has published several articles on insurance, medical liability and Law & Economics. University professor at the Politécnico Gran Colombiano and guest lecturer at the national level.

He has worked as a lawyer for the firm since the year 2018 with special emphasis on the elaboration of legal opinions, as well as in jurisdictional and arbitration national litigation in matters of: contractual and extracontractual civil liability, State liability, compliance, financial lines, consumer protection and, in general, disputes in insurance and reinsurance law.
